Do I need to create an account?
No. Plates uses your existing iCloud account. If you're signed into iCloud on your iPhone, you're already set up.
What if I'm offline at the gym?
Plates works completely offline. Your workout is saved locally and syncs automatically when you're back online.
How much iCloud storage does Plates use?
Very little. Workout data is mostly text—sets, reps, weights. Even years of training history takes minimal space.
