How it works

Enter the goal weight you want on your third attempt. Choose a strategy and the calculator applies preset percentages, then rounds every attempt to the nearest 2.5 so it works cleanly for both kg and lbs.

Strategy presets

  • Safe (First Meet): Opener 89%, 2nd 94%, 3rd 98%.
  • Balanced (Recommended): Opener 91%, 2nd 96%, 3rd 100%.
  • Aggressive (Risk It): Opener 92.5%, 2nd 98%, 3rd 102.5% (midpoints of the range).
